Incredible vegetarian food prepared using fresh organic vegetables and fresh cheese from our own cows. Vegan options are always available. Special needs such as gluten free are also prepared with some notice. All in all, one thing I have learned about putting on a good fest is that the food is the main ingredient to making everyone happy. Our motto is “Walk in and Waddle Out.” The food is also included in the fest donation.

$60 dollars a day of $100 for the weekend. We try to make it where money is not an obstacle to anyone coming and sharing with our healing community!

Our speakers are all leading practitioners and because we have so many highly qualified teachers locally we can keep the price down since they don’t have to travel long distances. However, the affordable prices do not mean that we don’t work hard to make it a world class fest. We charge less to insure any interested persons can attend. As a personal note, everyone who has come to one of our fests have always really enjoyed the weekend.

I pray you all can come this year and, if possible, spend the weekend in our wonderful camping area. Local hotels are available of course too.

A little note about our environment is that we are part of a 1200 acre reserve where no animals are killed unless they are trying to kill us. So, it is very peaceful where even our cows and their babies live out their lives totally protected. This creates a special peaceful ambiance. We have nice trails and a really unique playground replete with a full-scale commercial merry go round. I say this to emphasize if one wants to bring the kids and let them play there is usually someone who takes turns taking care of the children.

On Saturday, the 24th we will have a nice musical experience led by Kelly Thibault. He is a professional musician, and he will be accompanied by some other local artists in a “Tribute to George Harrison”. IT SHOULD BE REALLY FUN!

We will, of course, have a nice bonfire on Saturday night.

Dr. Arvigo, a student and apprentice to Don Elijio Panti, a Maya shaman in Belize from whom she learned the intricate art of healing through abdominal massage and indigenous herbs, offered a truly different approach toward healing through faith in the body’s innate ability to keep us healthy, happy and whole. I was so profoundly transformed by those experiences that I decided to become a massage therapist so I could pursue certification in The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy, receiving my education in Belize and the United States from Dr. Arvigo. Part of my training included instruction in the ancient art of spiritual baths and healing and I advanced to become certified as a Self-Care Teacher for the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy.
