A famous combination of the green hulls of black walnut rinds and wormwood. Our formula contains also the seeds in tincture of wormseed and horsemint. Wormseed is also famous for folk medicine use to paralyze intestinal parasites. The horsemint contains thymol which also kills parasite and simultaneously prevents griping. The usual dosage for a 150 pound adult is to start with 15 drops 3x daily for one week and then go to 30 drops 3x daily for one week and then go to 45 drops 3x daily for one week.
